Recently, Warner Bros. Pictures released Monster Verse’s new epic Godzilla x Kong trailer. Godzilla x Kong is the next installment in the Monsterverse storyline, which concluded with Godzila and Kingkong unwillingly forming an alliance to defeat Mechgodzila.
It appears that Skar King, another menace, will come up against the two-titular kaiju.

After the preview was released, people have been wondering about Skar King, and the new trailer starts with a closer look at him. With his gigantic orangutan-like appearance, Skar King seems intent on ruling both Hollow Earth and beyond. In the Hollow Earth portion of the teaser, Kong also confronts a young ape that resembles an orangutan.
This portion of the trailer suggests that The New Empire may center on King Kong and the Hollow Earth, which has many Godzilla fans unhappy and alarmed. It appears as though the movie is elaborating on Kong’s past and his ongoing struggle to bring the Hollow Earth back to its previous glory.
Naturally, Kong is powerless to neutralize Skar King’s danger on his own. This implies that Godzilla and Kong will work together to destroy the enormous monkey, an opponent that Godzilla vanquished millions of years ago. In classic kaiju tradition, Godzilla roars into the sky at the end of the teaser, rising from crystals and blazing pink.
Fans, however, are conflicted about their feelings over Godzilla’s new appearance. Many even think the pink glow is “goofy,” preferring the blue suit he wore in Godzilla vs. Kong.
The last scene of the teaser, which has Godzilla and Kong escaping a huge threat together, was another major source of ire. Fans are anticipating to see a more legendary monster in the movie, but it may also be Skar King or a reported second opponent. Many onlookers laughed, maybe not in a pleasant manner, at the sight of the two adversaries sprinting together.
