Actor Varun Tej has officially signed on a movie “Matka” with filmmaker Karuna Kumar on his fourteenth movie. On Sunday, November 26, the film’s creators officially announced on social media that filming will start in December.

In the major parts of Matka are Varun Tej, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Nora Fatehi. The remaining cast members of the movie include, among others, Roopalakshmi, Raju, Jagadeesh, Ajay Ghosh, Kishore, Ajay Chandra, and Mime Gopi.
The film’s preproduction is almost over, and filming is about to begin. The producers have disclosed that the first schedule of shooting is taking place outside of Hyderabad. The technical team for the movie includes editor Karthika Srinivas, cinematographer Priyaseth, and music composer GV Prakash.
“Matka,” which will be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannda, Hindi, and Telugu, is Varun Tej’s first pan-Indian film. The film will be released in theaters in 2024.
Concerning his personal life, Varun Tej recently got married to Lavanya Tripathi, an actress. On November 1, the pair married in Italy in a small-scale, lavish fairy-tale ceremony. Attendees at the wedding were Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, and Panja Vaissnav Tej.
