Exciting Trailer Released for Delicious in Dungeon Anime: New Cast, Staff, and Netflix Debut on January 4!

Kadokawa delighted fans with a mouthwatering new teaser and image for the upcoming Studio Trigger anime “Delicious in Dungeon.” This anime is based on the well-liked manga by Ryōko Kui. In addition to showcasing the captivating “Party!!” closing theme by Ryoku Oushoku Shakai, this sneak look reveals a shocking reveal: the anime will make its global Netflix premiere on January 4.

They have added more members to the cast and crew, so the teaser isn’t the only treat. Wataru Katō as Kabru, Rie Takahashi as Rinsha, Miyu Tomita as Mickbell, and a few more outstanding newcomers are among the new faces. The promise of a finely detailed environment has been further enhanced by the addition of names such as Hideyuki Satake as Assistant Director and Yūto Kaneko for Monster Design to the crew roster.
Since December 8, this culinary-themed adventure has been showing in 41 Japanese theaters on a limited basis, giving viewers a taste of what’s to come. Fear not, anime fans who have been waiting impatiently for its release; it will be on our screens for two courses, giving us plenty of time till June.

Asuna Tomari’s Chilchuck, Sayaka Senbongi’s Marcille, and Kentarō Kumagai’s Laios lead a group of intrepid travelers in the novel. Their goal is to navigate the appetizing offerings of the dangerous dungeon in order to rescue a missing buddy. In this devious hybrid of dungeon crawling and cooking adventures, your only chance of surviving is to eat the people inside the dungeon.

This adaptation, which was directed by Yoshihiro Miyajima and brought to life by Trigger, promises a delicious fusion of culinary adventures and action. With Naoki Takeda crafting the characters and Kimiko Ueno directing the series scripts, the anime is well-positioned to convey the spirit of Kui’s original manga.

Fans can expect an immersive experience enhanced by Yasunori Mitsuda’s musical talents as the series prepares for its big debut. Remember the opening theme, “Sleep Walking Orchestra,” which will be played by the well-known BUMP OF CHICKEN?

Since its debut in 2014, Kui’s manga has captivated readers; the 12th volume will be out in August 2022. Additionally, the 11th volume of the manga hinted that the plot is rapidly approaching its climactic apex, building suspense for the narrative turns and turns that the anime would take.
