In the mid-season update for Season 1, ranked play will be added, providing competitive players with a platform to excel. Activision plans to discontinue cross-progression between the PvPvE DMZ game and the other MW3 modes at the same time. While DMZ will still be playable, it appears like the mode will undergo a complete overhaul and will likely undergo substantial modifications in the future.

Content of COD MW3 Season 1:

Four multiplayer maps and a few holiday-themed reskins are what players can anticipate. For 6v6 and 2v2, Meat, Greece, Rio, and Training Facility enter the lineup. There will be two new game modes that you may play: Gunfight and All or Nothing. These will provide you fast-paced gaming.

With the release of the mid-season update, players can expect even new modes, including Team Gunfight, Vortex, CODMAS: Santa’s Slayground, Infected, and Headquarters.

Two more Killstreaks are waiting for you, and the Assassin Vest is a brand-new Perk that stops skulls from being shown after kills: The original EMP, accessible at 13 kills or 1,625 points, fires an EMP to interrupt enemy equipment and kill streaks, while the swarm, available at 15 kills or 1,875 points, covers a wide region with kamikaze drones.

Players may anticipate new weapons such as the small RAM-7 assault rifle, the HRM-9 SMG, the TAQ Evolvers LMG, the Stormender EMP Launcher, and the sniper rifle XRK Stalker, which has a lot of one-hit kill potential. The first three TAQ Evolvers are Battle Pass unlocks, and the HRM-9 will arrive during the current season. In addition to challenges and new operators, the Battle Pass material is complete.

Fans of zombies may experience the V-R11 Wonder Weapon, immerse themselves in a brand-new story arc, and much more.

The next major Warzone map is called Urzikstan, and it will be accessible together with Ashika Island and Vondel. However, the latter two will not be available until two days after the season has begun. Battle Royale, Resurgence, and Plunder will be playable at launch, with Lockdown and Slay Ride Resurgence to follow during the season.

Warzone is getting a major overhaul as all of the new mobility elements from Medal of Honor, such Tactical Stance, will be included in Season 1. The new Coyote vehicle, horizontal ziplines, and a driveable train are all included with Urzikstan.
