According to reports, the movie has made over 700 crores at the global box office. Given that Salaar is a planned duology from Hombale Films and Prashanth, many were wondering about the release date of the second part. March will see the start of the second part’s filming, according to our sources who are close to the producers.

The movie, which is set in the made-up futuristic city-state of Khansaar, centers on the relationship between Varadha (Prithviraj), the crown prince of Khansaar, and Deva (Prabhas). Varadha enlists Deva’s assistance in order to establish himself as Khansaar’s undisputed king when a coup is organized by his father’s ministers and relatives. With the main protagonists having distinct goals, Part 2 sets up the dramatic clash. Alongside Jagapathi Babu, Shruti Haasan, and Pramod, the film stars Prabhas and Prithviraj.

Jagapathi Babu Unveils Exciting Details about Salaar Part 2

Fans are thrilled to see Prabhas reprise his action role in this fantasy action film, but the public is also praising and appreciating the other performers. Raja Mannar, who is portrayed by Jagapathi Babu, is one of them. Although the actor had a smaller role in the movie, fans are excited to see more of him in Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam, the sequel.

Jagapathi Babu said in a recent interview that his character will play a bigger role in the film’s second half. His character’s foundation was built in Part 1; it’s more of an introduction for Part 2, which is going to be larger in scope, he remarked in response to a question on his appearance on screen in the sequel and providing details on the same. That’s something I’m excited about. With an additional “I would also praise Sriya Reddy, who’s done a great job in the film,” he expressed his gratitude for one of his co-stars.

The amazing slate of projects from Hombale Films includes the debut of Yuvaraj kumar, Yuva (directed by Santhosh Ananddram), Raghu Thata (in Tamil), and Dr. Suri’s Bagheera (Sriramurali). Apart from this, they also have the much-anticipated Kantara: Chapter 1 in theaters, which is sure to be one of the greatest releases of the year.
