As Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire is performing well at the box office, filmmaker Prashanth Neel is preparing the story for Salaar Part 2 but has no plans for the time being.
Prashanth Neel has proven once again why he is regarded as the greatest action director in Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire. The director introduced the never-before-seen universe of Khansaar, complete with epic action sequences and a touching story of friendship. It is receiving a lot of affection from the public, which is causing the picture to dominate the box office globally. Salaar has already surpassed the $500 million mark internationally. The film’s phenomenal success attests to the enthusiasm that is brewing for Salaar Part 2.
While Salaar: Part 1—Ceasefire held the audience’s attention throughout, they were eager for the sequel. Surprisingly, filmmaker Prashanth Neel is finished with the plot of Salaar Part 2 and has no plans to change it. Prashanth Neel was recently questioned in an interview if he would make any changes to the screenplay for Salaar Part 2. He flatly rejected it.

In response, the filmmaker stated, “No, I will not change the story.” I will make no changes as a result of the input I have received. I mean, that’s already a written tale; I have to follow it. My role as a filmmaker is to narrate the tale that we’ve written, a story that we’ve all loved and want to put on screen, on celluloid, and that’s precisely what we’re going to do.”
In addition, when asked when he plans to begin working on Salaar Part 2, he stated, “There is no plan as of now. We want to get everything right before we go ahead. It is too early for me to even think of something like that.”

Furthermore, when questioned about his conversation with Prabhas following the release of Salaar, the director stated, “He is absolutely delighted with something like this.” I don’t believe any filmmaker will be totally satisfied. So, I won’t be content even if it is, and I wasn’t satisfied with what I accomplished with KGF 2. I mean, his reaction is exhilarating. We’re all thrilled that Deva made it into the film. And I believe that box office statistics are really crucial for us, and that is what we intend to achieve with Salaar 2. We’re planning to expand and improve it. That’s how the tale goes. I’m not saying it, but that’s how the tale goes.”
